Cancellations & Refunds

1. Nature of the product

NeuralVani sells prepaid credits that are consumed when you generate speech. Credits and generated audio are digital goods delivered instantly. There is no physical shipment.

2. Cancellations

NeuralVani operates on a prepaid, top-up basis — there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You can simply stop buying credits at any time. Unused credits remain in your account subject to these terms.

3. Payments are non-refundable

Because credits unlock instantly usable digital generation, payments for credits are non-refundable. Once you purchase credits, the amount paid is not returned to your bank, card, or original payment method. Credits that have been spent on a completed generation are used up and are not restored — the service was delivered.

4. How we make it right — in credits

We don't return money, but if something goes wrong on our side we will restore the affected credits to your account:

• Failed generations: if a generation fails due to a fault on our side, the credits deducted for it are automatically returnedto your balance — you don't need to do anything.
• Wrong or duplicate deductions:if credits were deducted in error, or deducted twice because of a technical fault on our side, contact us and we'll re-credit the equivalent amount to your account.
• Correct, completed generations are not re-credited — if the audio was generated as requested, those credits are considered used.

5. Reporting a wrong charge

Noticed a wrong or duplicate deduction, or a technical issue on our side? Email [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction with your account email and the payment/order reference. We'll review and respond within 3 business days, and restore the affected credits to your account if the issue was on our side.
